We currently have 70 odd laying hens, selling eggs at the road end, two kunekune pigs for the freezer, a small flock of breeding Coloured Ryeland sheep and a small herd of breeding Shetland cattle. Plus three dogs and three cats.

Veg garden , fruit garden and 130 fruit trees (mostly apple and only a couple of years old) and abatch of 20 table birds in the freezer. And a website. And a share of a Smallholder Festival lol

We have goats (for making goat's milk soap)  Sheep (lawnmowers)  a flock of pekin chickens and a flock of mixed hybrids, a plum orchard ( for making plum wine!)  mixed soft fruit bushes and some pears, cherry & apple trees.  One siameseX cat who keeps the rat numbers down and a collieXterrier who is pretty useful about the place  too  :)

 hello from Caithness we have about 18 assorted chickens also gathered from various sources, only one actually bought, very assorted sheep, 29 at the moment, an old wethered Angora goat, 2 Pygmy goats, 2 Gloucestershire Old Spot weaners for weed clearing, and two cats, one who does a fairly good job of rodent control and the other a purely ornamental Siamese who only goes outside when it's warm and sunny but has been seen to walk as far as the compost heap ! Welcome to our community.
With 1 Angora and now 6 pygmy goats, Jacob & Icelandic sheep, chooks, a cat and my very own Duracell bunny aka BH !
