looking for straw in south-central fife
« on: July 24, 2014, 02:45:24 pm »
Hi, can anyone help?

I am trying to find a source of straw for a compost toilet system, ideally someone who might have spoiled stuff they need to get rid of, but if not then good stuff is fine. I live in burntisland, but I have friends in cupar so if there is somewhere near there they might pick up for me. Any ideas? Thanks

Farmers locally are starting to harvest, what I would do is approach the nearest few and ask for what you need its usually a bit cheaper straight of the field.
Shetland sheep, Castlemilk Moorits sheep, Hebridean sheep, Scots Grey Bantams, Scots Dumpy Bantams. Shetland Ducks.
