What size needle

What size needle should I be using to Lamivac my pygmys. I am totally confused by all the different sizes,

The smaller (thinner) the better, I use 20G x 5/8" (or 0.9 x 16mm) ones, but you can get thinner ones from the vet (puppy needles)).

Daisy's mum, I have the same problem when injecting the sheep and lambs.
Each time I ask at the agri merchants and they always seem to suggest something different to the last time  ;D

I have always used 21guage 5/8ths long for my goats and sheep for lambivac. I've  been using them for 28yrs and found them very adequate for sub cut injections.   :sheep:

I use the one for lambs Anne but don't know the technical size. They're fine with it anyway.
registered soay, castlemilk moorit  and north ronaldsay sheep, pygmy goats, steinbacher geese, muscovy ducks, various hens, lots of visiting mallards, a naughty border collie, a puss and a couple of guinea pigs
