another jersey beef post!

Had my first rump steak from Annabel at the weekend.  Even though she wasnt destined for the freezer and was meant to be my breeding stock, i have to admit that it was the best steak i have ever had!

I love Jersey Beef. We still have a bit in the freezer from ours but dreading the last going
