Late heat cycles

Currently my goat has went back into heat again is this normal her cycles are normally every two  weeks for a day or two!

The Normal cycle for a goat is 21 days, never had one come in every 2 weeks  :-\
most of ours are only in season for 24-48  hrs, 1 of them can start on a morning and by afternoon has stopped
