Free to good home - 5 ex-batts chickens
« on: November 15, 2013, 03:44:24 pm »
I am reluctantly looking for a new home for my 5 ex-batt chickens.  Having to move into rented as my house has sold and can't find a rented place that can accommodate them until new house found and sale goes through.  Have laid 2-3 eggs every day including all through winter last year.  Looking for experienced home or newbie who has researched thoroughly so I know they will be looked after.  We are located in Shropshire.

Someone near you may foster them for you.  try your local smallholders association  I would do that here.

Where abouts in Shropshire? We're just over the border into Staffordshire, they'd be welcome here to free range on our smallholding
