Nettle recipes galore

I found this site while looking for recipes (we have loads of nettles  ::) ;)) and thought I'd post it for you all  :thumbsup:
Nettle pasta, pesto, risotto, soups, oh the list goes on  :yum:

Does anyone really like nettles?  :-\ I've spent a lot of time lately cutting mine there are still tons standing, should I advertise on freecycle 'pick your own' :roflanim:

Aha - hence the recipes  :thumbsup:   at least nettles are supposed to be full of goodness   ;)
... & they taste better than ground elder  :P
