I found this site while looking for recipes (we have loads of nettles

) and thought I'd post it for you all

Nettle pasta, pesto, risotto, soups, oh the list goes on

Does anyone really like nettles? $:-\$ I've spent a lot of time lately cutting mine there are still tons standing, should I advertise on freecycle 'pick your own'

Aha - hence the recipes

at least nettles are supposed to be full of goodness

... & they taste better than ground elder
