Rough, Dry coat

One of my does has a rough, dry coat. Is this a mineral deficiency? They have Equivite and a copper lick.
Many thanks

I would give her a multivit/mineral drench, check for worms and give her a bath with a mild shampoo. Also check for lice or mange and treat if necessary.
But mine are just starting to shed their winter coats, so not hat great looking either...
