well its just not my lck this year - despite all of my efforts , new goat house, proper vaccinatons lots of love and time spent with the animals they are all getting this or that!
just done the night time feed and lucy a disbudded female ( done 31/2 weeks ago) seems to have done something to the right horn, she had ab's a week ago for puss oozing from the edge of the disbudd, and now all i can see is blood. i know this is very nieve of me, but as i havent cleaned it up again...theres no possibility that shes knocked out the scab and all is there is brain? the bone of the horn is inbuilt and they dont come away surely, unless they have gone too deep with the disbudding? ay help or advice would be great as this is my first disbudding :)
