Butchers who will travel to you - Northern England

Hi,
I'm a butcher, who travels to smallholders and butchers  Pigs, Sheep or Cattle.I do this with with my brother. We have over 40 years experience in the trade.
If any of you good folk in the north of England needs a butcher to come to you for a day........we are the the men
we are based in Whitby, however we travel all over doing the tuition or butchery.(being as far as Nottingham) all to your personal requirements.

Short answer is No.
I  have p.m you with a bit more details.

As most you good folk know home slaughter, by another party , is a minefield. Well it used to be last time I looked into it.

 I'm sure it would be  helpful to more people if  we could all see your fequently asked questions, (and answers.) instead of  pm ing them.
Not only would it enlighten those of us who might be mildly interested, but don't want to waste your time asking what could be stupid questions; but it would save your time in answering the same questions again and again.

Thanks for the comments,  I do reply to questions with p.m's as the answers are tailored to the individuals own requirements, however,  I take your point on board,  and when I feel its a benefit too everyone I will post the answer on hear. :thumbsup:

However,  im not getting into the slaughtering on farm debate,  I think its being  well covered in other people's forum posts.( hope thats ok)
