STORING CASINGS!!
« on: November 29, 2011, 03:27:47 pm »
I have some beef runners left over from my pudding making. I'm told I can put them in salt for next week(hog's pudding) but can I just put them in salt water or must I store them with dry salt? :-\

You can put them in the freezer and use when needed, no need to salt. I have had some big runners in the freezer at the moment and they are still useable.  ;)
