our cats get as much dry food as they want but if they want meat then they have to catch it themselves, which they do regularly and leave a tiny piece on the floor for me!. no problems with their weight but our persian cross cant tolerate tinned foods and vomits it up.
when she looks pregnant (like next doors tom) ul know shes too fat ...lol

Thanks guys,

   I really do think shes too fat and have cut down her ration to half a tin of food a day with a handful of dry food. She really isnt fussed for going out these days and seems more than happy to stay inside as often as she can so shes not getting the excercise that she was.

She seems exreamly happy though and is constantly purring, beaming and nuzzling up.  So would I if I had her leisurly life!

My boy Tinker puts on weight in the winter as he hardly goes out.  He soon loses it once the nice weather comes.
