RIP Murphy
« on: November 02, 2011, 10:27:28 pm »
Rest in Peace Murphy, the Daddy Kunekune here.
The softest, daftest, loveliest boy you could ever imagine, and sooo handsome!

The cancer finally got to hurting, so the vet with the injections came .... sleep well my boy.
love you

Very sorry to read that, but ultimately the greatest trust our animals put in us - knowing when to call in the vet.

Oh Ruth  :'( :'( :'(
I know what you're going through mrs - we lost our 'daddy' boar in August this year (although we've got his last litter of piglets due in the next week) There aren't words to make you feel any better, but I'm thinking about you all  :-*

So sorry Little Blue.  I was lucky enough to meet Murphy, and he was a lovely boy  .....and of course he was Daddy to our two girls!!

I still giggle at the thought of you trying to persuade Murphy to  move over the garden to visit the ladies .....wasn't easy moving him, was it!!!

I know you will miss him ....but he had a lovely home with you, and thats the important thing to remember,  he had a happy life!!!
