The first ever Scottish competition at Ingilston was in 2009 at the bpa stand at the highland. There was 28 entries and our judge was Jonathan Honeyman. I cooked the sausages and presented them for tasting. The winner of the sausage comp qualified for the final at Coventry. 2009 also seen a sausage comp at the good food show at the SECC in October of that year. First ever sausage comp at Ingilston I don't think so.
