hi you guys, just picked up 6 young light sussex, and of course they are getting a little bullied from my other chucks , will this go on for long.

depends how old  they are? how long did you quarantine them for? i put my quarantine pen next to the big pen so they mingle through wire  without actually touching each other just to sight each other. that at leasts gets them used to each other but say an hour or 2 to establish pecking order  once in all together. also depends when ypou add them best time would be as you lock up add the new hens in the dark and then they should all come out in morning ok together or very minimal beatings.
