Some great tips in there- love the idea for the floor- I suppose if you purt rubber matting over the top of the pallets filled with earth it would really well too. I might just try that!

If you're really lucky, you might be able to find pallets that don't have any gaps between the top bars  ;)
Or what I've done with some of mine is to lay a piece of 18mm OSB board or exterior plywood on top of the pallets (saves all the filling with earth and is fine in terms of weight bearing for porkers) I LOVE pallets too  ;D

I'm just building a new house for our three Kunes.

Their old ark had an 8'x4' base but the slope of the roof panels means they don't get the full benefit of the floor area. The new house will be based upon a 6'x6' floor on three runners with vertical walls and a flat roof, so no height limits.

Not only do they gain a bit of floor area they also get more volume.

Cost of the timber came in at under £100, which was pretty good I thought.
