A lot of the plants on this list relate only to America but there are a lot of European poisons on as well.
Usefull list.

i hate ragwort with a passion and pull it up out of my grazing fields as often as i can.  However, the real danger is when it is in a hay field.  When growing, it is vey bitter and horses will rarely touch it, but when it has been cut and dried, it loses it's bitterness and will be eaten along with the hay.  So if i buy any hay in. I always carefully sort through the hay before feeding, timeconsuming i know, but well worth the effort as ragort poisoning is a dreadful thing to see and there is no cure except to have the pony put to sleep.  Just a note: calves are particularly susceptable   :(
