Cambridge Roller
« on: April 17, 2012, 09:48:52 am »
One is in need, in deed, of a Roller, not a Royce, but a Cambridge Roller of about 6 foot, just a bit wider than my tractor. I have been watching them on e-bay but most are too far or look pretty battered.
Another idea that I have is to build one. I keep seeing the roller discs for sale, if I had purchased all that I had seen then I would have enough, but are they all the same diameter one asks ?
Any road, have any of you helpful people out there in small holder land got any of the above or know of any Cambridge Rollers ?   :farmer:

the old horse drawn cambridge rollers will almost certainly be a different size and weight to the modern ones
it would be quite easy to make one if you had the rings the metal and the equipment :farmer:
