Wishing you all the luck in the world, you certainly deserve it you sound as though you have an amazing strength of character and I am sure this will go a long way to helping you through this. My thoughts will be with you in the coming days/weeks. Four years ago spent 9 months on deaths door in hospital but never gave up, courage, will power and support from family and friends go and long long way and you obviously have all of these.
