The house next door to me is up for sale and I'd LOVE to see people who can realise it's potential buying it.
It' s in Newburgh, Fife. 189 high st. Yes high street! The houses on the high street were built on orchards which have been there for 900 years. Many gardens still have fruit trees,the town has at least a thousand fruit trees.
The house is 3 bedroomed plus big attic which used to be 2 bedrooms.
In the garden there is an old building from 1600s which used to house a family and a cow. There are also 2 smaller brick outhouses.
the garden is 120yards long, about 0.3 of an acre.
